Organisms in Different Kingdoms

Two of the major kingdoms are animalia and plantae. So I took pictures of birds, which represent the animalia kingdom and a bush that represent the plantae kingdom. 

Biome

Another example of a biome is of course desert. Nevada is part of the mojave desert. The desert biome is a very dry and hot biome that usually receives on average an inch of rain.

Organisms in Different Phyla 

An example of different organisms in different phyla are shrimp and fish, such as salmon. Shrimp are apart of the anthropoda phylum group, which other organisms such as crab and lobster. Fish, like salmon are apart of the chordata phylum.

Onions and Cinnamon also represent different monocots and dicots.

Monocots are a group of flowering plants that belong to the class liliopsida, which are characterized by having only one cotyledon in the seed. Examples of monocots are bananas. Dicots are different because they belong to the class of magnoliopsida, which are characterized to have  two cotyledons in their seeds. An example of a dicot is an apple.

Carbohydrate

Fruits are also known as carbohydrates but the healthier ones! Complex carbohydrates should be consumed more than simple carbohydrates. They have much more nutritional value and act as a more sufficient source of energy.
